For questions about Monedero, lost data, backups, or App Store review, email hola@monedero.mobi or Crisp. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

Monedero is a personal budget tracker. It stores your finances on your device. It is not a bank, payment processor, or investment product. Amounts in the app come from what you enter.

If you reinstall the app or reset the phone, local data is removed unless you previously exported a backup from Settings. Restore that file from the onboarding screen or from Settings → Backups.

The app may ask for camera, photos, microphone, or Face ID depending on the features you use (receipts, voice, lock).
